I stop in their shop due to my truck acting up. The guys in there where so polite and friendly. The gentlemen that was working on my truck was wonderful. Only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong and took care of it. Excellent respond time!

Anyone that I've ever spoken to at Kerners has treated me with respect, but on this last visit I was not informed about possible fees, even though it was in for warranty work.

Brakes were replaced a year ago on this car and there weren't a lot of miles on them. We got a real bad shake when we hit the brakes. Apparently the Rotors were bad and needed to be replaced along with my pads. The pads were covered by warranty so the hit wasn't as bad.

Left my vehicle there for several days for multiple repairs while we were on vacation. When we returned, my vehicle was fixed and now runs better than ever. They were honest about what was truly wrong and fixed what needed to be.
