This was my first time using Kernors to fix my car after being referred by my girlfriend. They have a super easy after-hours drop off and they called me as soon as they opened the next morning to let me know that they were going to take a look at my car immediately. They called me back a couple of hours later with an estimate and had the job done before I was out of work that same day. The communication is top notch. They did not try to sell any additional services beyond what I needed help with. The mechanics were very transparent on the phone and I was able to pick up my car after hours by using a code. 100% will use them again. I used them for brake replacement this time.
