UPDATE - Was back September 2021. Same amazing service and thorough inspection. Repairs were made in a timely manner and I know the job is quality. I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust. You can trust Kerner’s. ORIGINAL POST - I was highly impressed with the detailed inspection, service, and communication I received at Kerner’s. The online inspection report was thorough and impressive with pictures of the issues. Jason called me to go over the report and estimate and walked me through each piece. He then broke the estimate up into categories in case I did not want to do all the work at once based on need/safety. The work completed was fast and efficient with no inconvenience to me as a free loaner car was provided. I will definitely be recommending Kerner’s and using them for all my future vehicle needs. Thank you Kerner’s Auto for a great job on my front and rear breaks! Right now was the perfect time to get my car worked on since I am working from home. The pick up and drop off was simple & completely contact free!

The gentleman's name that helped me was Jason he seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. As a woman I feel intimidated going into mechanic shops not knowing if I'm going to be overcharged or even listen to, But here he made me feel very comfortable and generally concerned about.
