NEW REVIEW POST - SERVICE DATE OCTOBER18 2024 Scheduled my 2022 RAM pickup for oil change and tire rotation. Won't go any place else than KERNER's for service. Get a call the next morning after using extremely handy night drop off for morning service - Tyler - calls to let me know that I have a problem with left wheel bearing, and it is very concerning. Tyler called Chrysler dealership for me and found my truck was under warranty and had it scheduled to go to dealership for repair. THINK ABOUT THIS AS A CONSUMER AND A CARING AUTO REPAIR FACILITY - HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT FOR ME. This place "KERNER's" is the BEST, TWO THUMBS UP, HONEST, CUSTOMER CARING and FRIENDLY place anyone should be taking their cars to in a 50-mile radius. If you are thinking about using KERNER's JUST DO IT!! You won't be sorry. If you have to schedule for repair and they are busy - don't wonder why?? Thet are that GOOD!! Larry
