NEW REVIEW POST - SERVICE DATE OCTOBER18 2024 Scheduled my 2022 RAM pickup for oil change and tire rotation. Won't go any place else than KERNER's for service. Get a call the next morning after using extremely handy night drop off for morning service - Tyler - calls to let me know that I have a problem with left wheel bearing, and it is very concerning. Tyler called Chrysler dealership for me and found my truck was under warranty and had it scheduled to go to dealership for repair. THINK ABOUT THIS AS A CONSUMER AND A CARING AUTO REPAIR FACILITY - HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT FOR ME. This place "KERNER's" is the BEST, TWO THUMBS UP, HONEST, CUSTOMER CARING and FRIENDLY place anyone should be taking their cars to in a 50-mile radius. If you are thinking about using KERNER's JUST DO IT!! You won't be sorry. If you have to schedule for repair and they are busy - don't wonder why?? Thet are that GOOD!! Larry

UPDATE - Was back September 2021. Same amazing service and thorough inspection. Repairs were made in a timely manner and I know the job is quality. I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust. You can trust Kerner’s. ORIGINAL POST - I was highly impressed with the detailed inspection, service, and communication I received at Kerner’s. The online inspection report was thorough and impressive with pictures of the issues. Jason called me to go over the report and estimate and walked me through each piece. He then broke the estimate up into categories in case I did not want to do all the work at once based on need/safety. The work completed was fast and efficient with no inconvenience to me as a free loaner car was provided. I will definitely be recommending Kerner’s and using them for all my future vehicle needs. Thank you!
