We're not perfect, I wasn't thrilled about the experience, but within 1 day I personally got a call from Mike to check in on my experience and see what he could do to make it better. Especially when everything doesn't go perfectly, I can really appreciate great follow-up and true customer service. Thanks The car wouldn't start and wasn't turning over. I had it towed in and the tow truck driver mentioned it sounded like a starter. I called early the next morning to let them know it was my car and to have them look me up. When I went to pick up the car, They had replaced the battery and the car started. Total Cost $208.59, With $61 in total labor charges. come on guys...$40 diagnostic charge on a dead battery? plus installation...and shop fee... It was a car that wouldn't start in Michigan in February. (There's not a ton of diagnosis to be done here) Not to mention when I asked for my battery back (I had a warranty on the battery) I was told they didn't give them back because there was a $5-7 core charge for them. (I got it back) Guys, I just paid $208 for a battery install on a 2003 Impala...don't give me the core charge excuse. Look, I've had 5 star experiences here in the past...Just not the past couple times...Come on guys.
