Diana said since she received service from this business, her vehicle has still been having the same problem. When she uses the brakes, the back of the vehicle jerks. Her husband took it back to them todayTerry went for a ride with him to see what was going on. He did notice the jerking and used his computer to adjust a setting that had to do with the transmission back to the factory standard. He told them if by the end of the week the problem is still there, to bring it back to him. She said they are great, and when she speaks with them she does not feel like they are taking advantage of her because she is a woman. Her grandson recommended them to her and she has recommended them to others as well.

John said this business did a good job. They did what he asked and installed the parts that he wanted. John said that this business did not fix the problem. He said that they did not clean the sensors like he asked. The problem is now costing him more then $100 when it used to cost $56.

Gail said she took her vehicle back a second time and the business did fix it for her. Gail said she had to take her vehicle back because they did not test drive it and it sounded horrible. She said they did fix it for her. She would not recommend the business based on her experience.

I took my daughters 2003 Buick Regal in for break line replacement and a few other things to make sure it ran properly and quietly. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done at its highest level.

Love Kerners, have been going there for years. Had my truck there this past week for warranty work on a broken seal and my only complaint was that it took 2 1/2 days to get my truck back..dropped it of on Monday at 3 and call twice to check on the status. Tuesday I was told my truck was up next to be looked at and they would call me back soon never heard anything. Called Wednesday at 1:30 and was told they were looking at my truck now. Got a call at 5 that evening saying it was ready. when I finally received the phone call saying my truck was ready they did apologize for taking so long, saying that the work order basically got looked over! Im still a satisfied customer but still disappointed it took so long for a simple fix. Thanks, Nicole Compagnoni

Chad said this business is good. They were not able to find the issue on this most recent visit because he could only leave his vehicle there for one day. There is a difficult electrical issue and he is bringing his vehicle back to them for it.
