Love Kerners, have been going there for years. Had my truck there this past week for warranty work on a broken seal and my only complaint was that it took 2 1/2 days to get my truck back..dropped it of on Monday at 3 and call twice to check on the status. Tuesday I was told my truck was up next to be looked at and they would call me back soon never heard anything. Called Wednesday at 1:30 and was told they were looking at my truck now. Got a call at 5 that evening saying it was ready. when I finally received the phone call saying my truck was ready they did apologize for taking so long, saying that the work order basically got looked over! Im still a satisfied customer but still disappointed it took so long for a simple fix. Thanks, Nicole Compagnoni
