I needed to relearn a key fob for my 2011 Silverado. Bill fox Chevrolet told me $140. I called up Kerners and they told me to come right in. 5 minutes after getting to the shop, I have a new key fob. I was given a handshake and told to have a good day. Free of charge! Thank you Kerners!

I needed an oil change and couple of friends of mine referred me to Kerner’s, that they’re trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced. I drive by their garage daily, after work, so I popped in. I’m not sure if the owner/manager helped me, but he was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and actually smelled good! There were a couple of minor issues, such as an oil cap that needed to be replaced, so one of the employees ran out to retrieve one, since they didn’t have one in stock. I saw the display of wiper blades and asked if they could replace my old ones. Basically, these guys went above and beyond for me! I’ll definitely be taking my ‘98 Cherokee Sport back there, for future repairs. Thanks guys!

I had my wheel lock key broken off in the lug by Belle Tire in Lake Orion, and they could not figure out how to remove the wheel locks without damaging the wheel and hub. The car is an Audi with quattro, so further damage would lead to potentially expensive repairs. I bought it used and had no documentation on the wheel locks to buy another key. I was advised to try Kerners by a friend. They were EVERYTHING I wanted in an auto service facility. From the minute I walked in, I was treated as a valued customer, instead of the cash cow that I was to Belle Tire. Kerners mechanics did what the tire “guys” couldn’t. All four wheel locks removed without a key, no damage to vehicle, and professional service from everyone. I was most impressed by the level of knowledge and skill shown by the staff. This was an odd problem that required finesse to fix. Thanks to all at Kerners.
