Tyler and Brian were diligence in finding the problem with a finicky car which didn't not like to make it's problem known. There were no codes presented so they were able to use their knowledge to finally find the problem! Kudos to Kerners!

I believe Kerner’s auto is a great example of how an automotive service center should and does operate! I know most people including myself are leery of bringing their vehicles in to be serviced because the lack of honest and reputable shops; but that’s not the case with Kerner’s. My Audi that was serviced ended up being much more severe of a problem and I didn’t have it repaired: but they were helpful and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the work performed! I do and will continue to recommend them to others!

I have done my own wheel alignment for years. Having lost access to the equipment, I now had to trust someone else. Kerners nailed it perfectly the first time. They also listened closely, and put up with my 40 years of automotive o c d in managing my ac, airbag, and a few other odds and ends that needed attention. Nice to find automotive service that not only took care of my van, but restored my faith in people. Thanks to the whole crew at Kerners for doing what you do. I'll be back.
