Brought my car into them because my other shop had a 2 + week wait. Kerner's diagnosed what the issue was and said it could be solved by an open recall at the dealer. Makes me wonder about the honesty of the shop I initially went to who wanted to charge me $1000. I'll bet they'd have taken my grand and turned car over the dealer for recall. Tyler at Kerner's was great to deal with. He mentioned a few things that should be done due to my car's age. $$ a little tight right now but I'll definitely bring all my cars to Kerner's because of their honesty and knowledge.

Mike and his shop crew are very helpful. My 22 years old Toyota Avalon had catalytic converters malfunctioned from sitting idle most part of the year. I decided to just let the car go due to the age of the car. Mike and his crew helped find a buyer so I can get a few hundred dollars for the unusable car. God Bless!

Very well organized and easy process. They inspected the vehicle and gave me a list of the things that need attention by text that was easy to read and understand. I will definitely use them in the future for servicing my vehicle.

I recently took my car in after smelling fumes inside the car. They found a issue with the turbo, leaking fumes. This took a few days to fix. They provided me with a loaner at no charge. Tyler kept me informed on the status of the job. Was happy to get my car back and no more fume smells. All the staff is so friendly!
