Mike responded quickly to my issues and corrected the problem. Thanks Mike! Had my sparkplugs changed and ask them to check the condition of my timingbelt($250+ for 6 plugs and $45+ to check the timing belt. the car was starting just fine until I had the work done. I Took it back in to find out why I had this new noisy condition when I started my car. The cause was a loose cam sensor probably removed or loosened to change the spark plugs. Another $45+ charge for diagnostics. Too many unjustified "D" dollar charges. I was planning to have them do some additional work for me, however, I will take the car elsewhere. Kerner had done work for me before and that is why I had gone back. Not again!
