They did a great job on my breaks and provided a loaner so I didn’t miss my volunteer job at the senior center. They kept me informed about the progress along the way. Couldn’t have been a nicer experience.!!!

Fantastic experience. Kyle took care of my issue and needs in a very quick and efficient manner. I took my mustang for a check engine light. He immediately came out to scan it and told me what the likely issue is. I left the car in later that day before close. The car was ready less than 24 hours later. Very satisfied with the service and especially the experience with which everything was handled. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

This is not one of those drive up quick and rush thru everything spots. The staff is courteous and thorough. Their prices are reasonable and I would recommend them over any of the larger franchises that want to do things as quickly and as expensive as possible.

After using google search and reading all the reviews of repair shops. I liked Kerner’s so I decided to take a chance. Made a appointment with tyler. My biggest concern with my car was a car horn that started honking all by itself. Other maintenance items were addressed. Over the years I have used many repair shops. Never feeling completely satisfied with the service. Many times putting off service because trust, shoddy repair. I can say this about Kerner Auto Service. I am completely satisfied with every aspect with the service starting with Tyler through completion of repair. Tyler gave me a call a couple of days to make sure everything was ok. That’s what I call good service. I will use Kerner’s Auto Service in the future for all my repair work.

This was my first visit to Kerner’s and I was very happy with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and I appreciated digital inspection report that was sent to me. Will definitely return in the future.
