Kerners is the place to take your car. I had situation that they completely resolved. This shows that they really care about their customers. I will definitely take my car back to Kerner's. I have been taking my cars to Kerners for the past couple of years and have been happy with the service provided. I recently had to have my left upper ball joint replaced. When I got the call about what had to be done I was told that both upper ball joints had to be replaced. I was told the work was going to cost me $430.00. I approved the work. When I went to pick up my car the presented bill was $529.91. I told the counter man that I was told it would be $430.00 to which he said "he didn't know about fees and taxes. The tax was $15.11 and there were no fees. When I again expressed my displeasure the man told me he would tell Mike. Two days later I'm still waiting to hear from Mike. I won't hold my breath.
MR. FRICKER,
Firstly, please let me apologize for any inconvenience you experienced base on your most recent visit to Kerner's. Upon hearing of your concerns for the first time, via your review that was submitted, I immediately set in place the refund for the difference in price given and price paid. It appears that the problem was created due to the wrong parts being used in the quote process and those that were actually put on your vehicle. A clear failure on our part for not communicating properly upon realizing the mistake. I hope you understand that our goal at Kerner's is always to leave our customers with a positive experience. Rest assured, a full refund of the difference has been applied. Should you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact me. We look forward to servicing you vehicle in the future.
