I’ve found Kerner’s to be a trustworthy auto service shop with a friendly staff. I rely on Kerner’s to service and repair my vehicles and don’t hesitate recommending them to others.

We brought the car in for a battery that had died a couple of times in a week. They were able to diagnose the problem right away and also identified some other things that needed attention. Each item they listed, they gave a run down of what needed to be handled immediately vs. What could wait and gave timelines. We were very impressed and will use this repair place again, for maintenance as well.

Better than expected experience at Kerner. Upon dropping my 2017 Ford Explorer I was told that I would receive daily updates. I received a daily call updating me on the progress as well I received pictures on my phone. I picked up my vehicle to also learn that the work that was completed and that they guaranteed their work for 2 years. Tyler, thank you for providing great communication ensuring the mechanic that I requested, Jaime, completed the work. I will definitely return in the future.

My 2004 GMC envoy is like a best friend. I felt like Kerner’s respected my feelings about my vehicle. The repair was well done and completed faster than I expected.
