Brought in my van with what I thought was transmission problem. Kerner's initially though this was the case which is a costly repair. However, after providing a quote for a transmission rebuild they continued to diagnose the issue, and even worked with the dealership to have some outstanding recall work done to rule out other potential issues. Their persistence and thorough investigation lead to identifying the root cause of the issue saving thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Kerner's. Throughout the process they: 1) Explained what to expect, the tests performed, and issues found. 2) Provided options to consider. 3) Regularly kept me up to date on the progress and expected time to finish.
