Always pleased with my experience with Kerners Auto. Very fast, friendly, and high quality service. We won't take our cars anywhere else. Its definitely the best place around!

I drove half an hour to get this so that should show how much I value quality service. I was not dissapointed.

I have found Kerner‘s to be less expensive than dealers. And many other auto repair shops. The people behind the desk are very helpful. Very friendly. And it was great talking with Tyler. A very friendly person. and very informative. Kerner‘s is my new auto repair business. for my last visit in May 2023 I took my car in for an inspection getting ready to take a road trip with it. I ended up needing new tires. New rear brakes and rotors. I didn’t expect to have to pay this much money. but that seems to be a problem everywhere. Kyle kept me informed as far as what Work needed to be done. They gave me a ride to my house and from my house while my car was in the shop. I haven’t found a better automotive repair shop. Thank you Kerner’s.

Update 5/27/2025: Still a 5-star experience. Kyle, Tyler, and the entire team continue to deliver exceptional service. I brought in my sister’s car for an issue, they quickly diagnosed and fixed it, and now it runs like new. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended, please see for yourself! -------------- I contacted Kerners several months ago regarding issues that I was having with my vehicle. There was a high level professionalism from the initial phone call, through out the entire process. The whole team was available to answer questions when needed. If someone did not have an answer right away, I was ensured that they would find out and get back to me. They never broke any promises to follow up with me. Kyle is/was amazing. He took the time to answer every single question that I had. He is extremely patient. I did not feel like he was being dishonest like several mechanics that I have dealt with in the past. Kyle gave worst case and best case scenarios. He was always available, and made me feel comfortable during the process. I called him so much that I jokingly would say, "I feel like we are best friends." This was because he was literally always available when I reached out. My vehicle was repaired, and I have not had any additional issues. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the entire team was extremely welcoming and inviting. I did not feel like just a number as I have felt in other shops... Recently, my sister had an issue with her car. I took it to Kerners, the vehicle was repaired quickly with no issues.
