Update 5/27/2025: Still a 5-star experience. Kyle, Tyler, and the entire team continue to deliver exceptional service. I brought in my sister’s car for an issue, they quickly diagnosed and fixed it, and now it runs like new. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended, please see for yourself! -------------- I contacted Kerners several months ago regarding issues that I was having with my vehicle. There was a high level professionalism from the initial phone call, through out the entire process. The whole team was available to answer questions when needed. If someone did not have an answer right away, I was ensured that they would find out and get back to me. They never broke any promises to follow up with me. Kyle is/was amazing. He took the time to answer every single question that I had. He is extremely patient. I did not feel like he was being dishonest like several mechanics that I have dealt with in the past. Kyle gave worst case and best case scenarios. He was always available, and made me feel comfortable during the process. I called him so much that I jokingly would say, "I feel like we are best friends." This was because he was literally always available when I reached out. My vehicle was repaired, and I have not had any additional issues. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the entire team was extremely welcoming and inviting. I did not feel like just a number as I have felt in other shops... Recently, my sister had an issue with her car. I took it to Kerners, the vehicle was repaired quickly with no issues. I would recommend Kerners for repair. You will get honesty, and a car repair shop that you would feel confident and comfortable to go back to. Thanks Kerners!

Started having issues with check engine light keep reoccurring, found major issue with engine, Ford 2.0 ltr bad engine, but I did buy a extended warranty, Kyle worked with them (warranty company) so they would replace engine. He had lots of contact with them, and me daily. So completely replaced with Ford specific replacement engine. Issues with warranty company which Kyle had taken care of. Got it back and runs fine. I can’t say enough about Kyle and all the calls and work he had to do make it happen. Definitely, he kept my best interest in front. I felt very comfortable with the whole process, considering. Would recommend Kerns to anyone who wants fixes done correctly and they look out for your interest.

Bought a used 2021 Jeep with high mileage and wanted to have some fluids changed. They recommended transfer case and both axles and brake fluid replaced. Also had a them look at front end for any issues, which none. Happy with their quality of work and their recommendations to replace those fluids. Been coming here for over 3 years and am happy with their quality and cost.
