From the very beginning Kyle the service manager was very upfront with what the expectations were going to be. He then called me almost every day to inform me on the progress on my fusion and answered any questions I had. And didn't do any work with out my permission. I 100% recommend going here and I will be returning as well for any issues I find.

Great place to do business

My vehicle needed a hybrid battery replacement. All the quotes were expensive. I called Kerners and was pleased to hear that they have a mechanic certified in hybrids. They gave me three options for repair. They also did a detailed inspection of the vehicle. Their price came in much lower than the other repair shops. The communication was great and I was updated daily. It was complete in a good time, and was returned to me washed and vacuumed. I give 5 stars!! Kerners should advertise that they specialize in electric/ hybrid car repairs.
