Started having issues with check engine light keep reoccurring, found major issue with engine, Ford 2.0 ltr bad engine, but I did buy a extended warranty, Kyle worked with them (warranty company) so they would replace engine. He had lots of contact with them, and me daily. So completely replaced with Ford specific replacement engine. Issues with warranty company which Kyle had taken care of. Got it back and runs fine. I can’t say enough about Kyle and all the calls and work he had to do make it happen. Definitely, he kept my best interest in front. I felt very comfortable with the whole process, considering. Would recommend Kerns to anyone who wants fixes done correctly and they look out for your interest.

Bought a used 2021 Jeep with high mileage and wanted to have some fluids changed. They recommended transfer case and both axles and brake fluid replaced. Also had a them look at front end for any issues, which none. Happy with their quality of work and their recommendations to replace those fluids. Been coming here for over 3 years and am happy with their quality and cost.

Kerner’s has been a godsend to me this past year, and I recommend them as much as I can to others. Initially, they were able to figure out and totally fix a tricky electrical problem that was causing my battery to drain that other services, including the dealer, were unable or unwilling to do. They are courteous and caring. They follow up after the work is done, and they are always available to address any issue no matter how small. They are honest and straightforward. I can’t say enough good things about this business.
