I did not like having to leave my car for a quick quote on new replacement parts that I specifically wanted replaced (Shocks and Struts). I have been to several other places now, and every other place gave me a quote on the spot and they did not try to charge me for it either. Not sure about the actual service though, have not had any work done their yet.

I have taken my cars to Kerners for several years and find that the work done is always first class. I did have an issue, in the past, and it was taken care of immediately. I will always take my car needs to Kerners
