Fixed the primary issue with the vehicle and got it done just in time for when I needed the vehicle back. After driving for a bit, I think it still needs some additional work done on the front end - but we did agree early on to try the new springs in the rear and shocks all around first. Everyone was professional and upfront about repairs and cost. Part prices were a high (about 2.5 times internet prices)and we had some initial discussion about that issue before I approved the repairs. When picking up the vehicle and paying, it looks like Kerners found parts for a little less than originally anticipated - not a lot, but at least some. That is appreciated. Kerners is a long ways from our home (Ortonville), but they came highly recommended by family, and I have found they are honest and do good work.

The guys addressed my problems immediately. Their prices were fair. Most importantly, the guys instilled trust. This is not your standard garage. They fix what you ask to be fixed. They notify of stuff to be fixed in the future. Most importantly, they do not make up other stuff to fix to pad the bill.
