The entire staff was kind, courteous and professional from start to finish. While waiting for my car to get serviced, I witnessed other patrons getting the same treatment. Kerner's Auto Service was great! We will definetly be using this business again. The company was very professional, the technician called and explained everything that was done . They also let us know if there were any other areas that showed wear and tear so we could keep our eye on. They provided easy drop off and pick up and the service was completed within 24hrs. I've been going to Kerner's for a few years now. They tell me what I will need to have in the near future or further out. The waiting area is clean and neat. As a female, I never feel that I'm talked down to, things are explained very well. Y car is thoroughly checked over when I go in for an oil change. I highly recommend Kerner's to anyone who wants their car well taken care of.

The shop was very busy, and it was rainy hard. I only had a small repair (a slow tire leak). Tyler (I think) took the vehicle in the shop, plugged the tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional
