I had a dead turn signal light and was unable to change on my own per YouTube. Also needed to check up on the brake and oil change, but had a brutal schedule with the use of the car. The shop was very accommodating and did the service while I was waiting and didn’t charge on the bulb change. The waiting area was nice and clean with a TV, and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend this service.

Although I’ve so far only driven my car home from Kerners I was very pleased with the service and Tyler, Mateo and Jason were very helpful and answered and explained everything to me. I really appreciated the ride home and being picked up when my car was finished. I’m sure I’ll be a return customer and will recommend your service to others.

I took my grandson’s high mileage car in for a coolant flush. They were very helpful in explaining what it was & how it is done. Staff were all extremely professional & courteous. They did a safety check on the vehicle to make sure there weren’t any loose parts or safety issues noted. A few customers came in while I was waiting & it was evident in their conversations with the employees that they were satisfied, long time customers. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy auto repair in the Rochester area to have maintain my grandson’s 272,000 mile Honda & I definitely will come back here.

This shop is excellent! They went above and beyond to find the problem with my car that no other shop has done. Honest, professional, and so courteous. Such superb service.
