It’s early in the am, cold, wet and dreary out and I get a flat tire. After taking the tire off and putting on the spare I began to call shops. Out of 10 shops no one could of helped that day. They all had a two day turn around to plug the tire. When I called Kerners the guy was like sure in a happy voice , come on in we’ll take care of you this morning. After quickly repairing the tire they took it for a short test drive. As I grabbed my credit card to pay the young man handled me my receipt and said it was in the house!!I live 45 minutes from this shop and I’ll be back!! PS old school service matters more than distance!

It was my first time there and the staff was super friendly and the appearance of the shop was clean and well kept! Owner Mike was very detailed and attentive to my questions/concerns and very professional! We need more shops like Kenner’s to be as interactive, friendly & communicative as that goes a long way!

They did an in depth inspection of my vehicle. They gave me updates regularly. They had a loaner for me. Tyler was great and made sure I understood what was going on with my truck. Amazing service.

I’ve used Kerner’s Service Center since it was a gas station on the corner. It continues to give friendly dependable car care.. I’ve been satisfied throughout the years. This was our first time using Kerner's Auto Service and we are pleased with the outcome. We took it in because we were having power steering issues. They ran a complete diagnostic on the vehicle. Since our vehicle is 14 years old this was very helpful in determining whether the car was worth repairing. We ended up getting our tensioner replaced. We also decided to get some general maintenance work done as well; brakes, oil change and cabin filter replaced all for a decent price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
