I worked with Tyler a couple times this year and he has been very honest and informative during the entire process. I have already referred Kerners to others, and a referral brought them to me in the first place.

Would recommend service with Kerners. Had some brake issues and the dealership was several hundred dollars more expensive than Kerners. I appreciated that there was no major upselling, just straight talk and honesty about what things make sense to take care of now versus later. The use of a tablet by technicians and sending an inspection report directly to me by phone to view and see actual pictures of all parts of the car that were recommended to be repaired or replaced gave me high confidence that all technicians were doing due diligence. The communication was great, with several phone calls throughout the day just informing me about the progress of the service. I see no reason not to trust giving the great folks here a try for your next vehicle service.

Went through 5 shops to diagnose my 2012 Toyota Prius V hybrid with over $1000 in dealer inspection fees before finding Kerner’s. Their hybrid technician Michael is simply the best! He diagnosed several issues including the HV battery pack cell voltage, DC inverter/converter and LV battery charging systems. He was able to find the problem and repaired/replaced several parts. Two Toyota dealers would have charged $2100 more and WOULDN’T HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! Kerner’s did a fantastic job. Honest and reasonable. A client for life!!!

I got my Honda CR-V serviced here in 2022 came back again in 2023, they did a phenomenal job my car never gave me any issue after service I got my front break and rotor replaced the prices are very very competitive. I will always take my car here and recommend my friends also give them a try, team at kerner's auto will not disappoint you

The serpentine belt came off my car and it overheated as a result. Kerner’s fixed it the same day. They also did a full inspection of my car at no cost me, but didn’t push me to get more repairs done which I really appreciate from an auto shop. They took great care of my car and provided top notch service.
