Kerners does it again! terrific speedy thorough service on my 2018 Grand Caravan this time. Tyler and Kyle got me in, got it done within my time frame and kept it at a price I could afford. Super job! Thank you! This was a major repair on my 2014 Equinox with 140,000 miles. If it went over half its worth, I wasn’t going to do it—needed whole timing chain kit, gaskets, and more. I wasn’t going to do the manifold crack because it wasn’t “in budget.” The owner Mike Martin happened to be there the day I came from the dealer with their estimate (way over my budget) and explained to me in detail what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I okayed the repair without the manifold but when they got into the job the crack was worse and would quickly cause another check engine light. Kyle Moss, service writer, and Mr. Martin conferred and added the manifold replacement at no added charge. As a single older female who knows little but can read reviews I am absolutely convinced I found the best repair shop in Michigan if not the US. Courteous, knowledgeable, affordable, compassionate. It’s running like a new car and will probably keep going another 100,000! THANK YOU KERNER’S!
