Hi Mike, I was unfair on my previous review and would ask that Kerners remove it. I was having a bad day unrelated to automotive repair and I feel I gave unfair feedback. I’ve been working with Kerners for over a year and your shop has bent over backwards to provide an excellent service experience. Every person I’ve interacted with at Kerners has been kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t specifically mention one employee, Kyle. I first met Kyle when I was trying to decide on tires for my Genesis. I’m an automotive engineer and Kyle taught me more about tires than I’ve ever known. He also took the time to research several different tire brands and he guided me to an excellent choice. Aside from tires Kyle has been my go to resource for automotive repair recommendations. I’ve learned to put more trust in Kyle than I do at my Genesis dealer. I feel bad about my previous review because your shop, your employees and Kyle are 5 Stars!!

Great personal service, timely, fair and honest service

First time using Kerner’s and was very happy. From the second I walked in I felt comfortable with the place. Kyle worked with me to help identify the issues my older Cadillac was having and was very upfront and realistic about the options for the repair. Having access to a loaner vehicle was amazing. Just don’t get this type of service very often anymore. I’ll be back for minor maintenance and any major issues in the future.

Brought in my van with what I thought was transmission problem. Kerner's initially though this was the case which is a costly repair. However, after providing a quote for a transmission rebuild they continued to diagnose the issue, and even worked with the dealership to have some outstanding recall work done to rule out other potential issues. Their persistence and thorough investigation lead to identifying the root cause of the issue saving thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Kerner's. Throughout the process they: 1) Explained what to expect, the tests performed, and issues found. 2) Provided options to consider. 3) Regularly kept me up to date on the progress and expected time to finish. They obviously take pride in their work. Overall a great experience at Kerner's and would highly recommend.
