Kerner's Auto Service was easy to work with. They did a thorough inspection of my 2010 Buick and send an informative report of any issues or areas of concern and all things that checked out OK. Were willing to talk through what needed to be fixed and what could delayed. Kept me well informed of work progress along the way. Felt well informed and comfortable with their service.

Diagnosed the problem, provided a clear repair recommendation & estimate. Work was completed timely and with excellent results.

They were very professional. They inspected the issue that I suspected was there, but didn’t charged me for that additional inspection. They didn’t tried to sell me unnecessary stuffs even though I checked if I need few things and gave me honest advice.
