Fast and efficient service with very courteous staff

From the moment I stepped into Kerner’s, I knew I had found a gem. The team here truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of their service. They greet you with a kindness that feels both rare and genuine in today’s fast-paced world. Throughout my experience, it was clear that their priority is not just the vehicles they work on, but the people who own them. What sets this shop apart is their honesty. They thoroughly explained what my car needed and why, without ever pushing for unnecessary add-ons or services. It was refreshing to deal with professionals who prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction over profit. Moreover, their work is impeccable. They not only fixed the issue at hand but also took the time to check my car for any potential problems without any extra charge. They communicated clearly and efficiently, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. The team’s dedication to excellence and their genuine care for their customers and community is evident in everything they do. It’s rare to find a business that holds itself to such high standards of professionalism and compassion. I left feeling grateful and confident that my car was in the best hands. Kerner’s embodies the essence of good people doing great work. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking trustworthy, top-quality automotive care.

Went in with a heat shield rattle, they realized it was a simple repair so they fixed it free of charge! So thankful!

Kerners did a excellent job diagnosing the problem on my daughter's car with a inspection. She went to various mechanics in the country where she lives and Noone could figure out the problem. I drove it down to kerners. Kyle informed us of the problems with it. With the work they did it solved the problem. We are aware of other issues with it too. They kept us informed and regained my confidence in believing in someone to work with us and tell us the truth. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place for car repairs!

Just had my brakes done on my truck. Kyle, Tyler, and crew were great to communicate with giving a full inspection report of my truck. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here. I highly recommend this shop.
