I needed a bit of (almost) emergency front end work. Brake calipers had locked up. Kerner’s got me scheduled within the week, and had my work done in less than a day. Pricing was fair, and I never felt pressured or coerced into work I did not want. They provided an exceedingly detailed report, including detailed photos and summaries of required work, pricing estimates and urgency of issue. The staff (Tyler) was very friendly and forward with me. My truck’s back on the road and riding smoother than ever, and I have a good idea of what I will need to address next. Kerner’s helps me keep my vehicle on the road and operating comfortably without any nonsense. That’s security I have not received at most other shops. I very much appreciate their honesty and diligence, and will be calling them first for any future repair. Thank you!
