Tyler and Kyle took my concerns and problem input very seriously, presented computer diagnostics with photos and worked with me on a timeline for the necessary repairs. And having a loaner vehicle was a necessary option for me. I got regular updates during the repair process. I really can’t say enough good things about Kerner’s.

Recommend Kerner’s. Replaced our hybrid transmission. Referred by another transmission shop who could not work on hybrids. Confirmed a new transmission was required. Scheduled repair when loaner became available and new transmission arrived. Yes provided loaner. And ordered new transmission before we turned our car in. Kept us updated on status of repair. Took only 3 days to repair. Dealership said it would take 3 weeks. Highly satisfied. Kyle our service writer was the best.

Kyle and the crew worked on my f-350 pickup there were many issues with the truck. This is my work truck so the vehicle is my lifeline . They did the repairs in a timely manner gave me my upfront options and I will definitely be back for some other things that need to be done. Thank you !

We began to have a flat on the freeway and took the first exit and found Kerner's Auto Service. They were so kind and helpful and took our car immediately. They told us to wait inside the waiting room and they had our tire repaired and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. We are so grateful, we were far from our home. The customer service was100 percent unbelievable. We appreciate all they did.
