I've always been happy with their service. I had a problem car with plenty of issues. Off the top of my head the driver's side window wouldn't roll down, the passenger door lock was broken, a/c was weak, it overheated a lot, and it had creaking in one of the shocks. I kept putting it off because I knew it would be expensive. They fixed it all. I don't remember the exact price, but it was about half what I guessed it would be. I had starter problems too. I had it in to two other shops before I found Kerner's. They replaced the starter and the starter failed within a week or two. I brought it back and they replaced it free of charge (labor and parts) since the part was defective. It's been great ever since.
