First time customer here, usually do my own maintenance so I was skeptical coming to shop. Kyle and the Kerner team was amazing and very transparent on pricing, timing, and allowed me to bring my own part in for install. Would definitely recommend this place and will be using again in the future!

Great service, took care of my issues, they sent me descriptions and photos of the problems before proceeding with the repair.

Finally, an auto shop with much empathy for a single, aged woman who is totally out of her realm of understanding auto maintenance. Kyle listened to my tale of woe, checked out the vehicle, explained my options and graciously allowed me to make a decision.
