The staff here is organized, friendly and efficient. My car is usually repaired in 1-2 days and the customer service is excellent!

Driving home from work, all of my dashboard gauges dropped to zero, fearing the worst I pulled into the next auto shop I passed. Being from out of town I was very pleased with the service I received, they provided a loaner car to get me home, gave me an honest assessment of the problem that caused my truck to fail, and fixed the problem getting me back on the road in a timely manner! The mechanic even worked a little overtime to get it done.

I’m happy with the experience. Had a coolant issue and got it towed to the shop. Car was fixed very quickly and they were reasonable. Can’t really ask for much else.

Kerner's has been great, they have a very professional and clean facility along with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend having vehicle service done here.

Would highly recommend! Although the repairs my car needed were out of my price range (blown head gasket) Kerner’s was very helpful and quick in finding what was wrong with it. They sent a detailed review- pictures and videos included! WOW!!! Not to mention the customer service I received from Megan at the front desk was A1. She arranged for a tow truck to come to my house to get my car and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. When I got to Kerner’s, she offered me coffee, chatted with me about my day, and even told me my shoes were cute. Very nice lady. Will be returning the next time my car decides to break down :)

The reason I used Kerners to get my vehicle repaired is because of their reputation. Everyone was very nice and kept me updated in the front end of the store but the real reason I chose this store is because of Eddy. Eddy is the tech that performed the repair to my vehicle and did an impeccable job. He will be the main reason why I will recommend other people to this business. Please continue to do a great job! Jason at Kerner's called and gave me a quote for three repairs that should be made. We had just moved, so the price, although fair, was more than we wanted to spend at the moment. After talking, we narrowed it down to doing two, more essential repairs, and they even were able to get me my car two hours earlier than promised! Runs great! I'll definitely keep coming back, hopefully no time soon.
