I continue to recommend Kerner's because I feel they're not making up repairs. After the latest repair, a pre-existing part related to the repair failed. Kerner's replaced the part at cost, with no labor charge, which is what we expected. My only negative comment, in this case, was lack of communication when there were delays due to waiting on a part from the manufacturer. I would have liked a proactive call explaining a part was ordered, when it may be delivered, and then a call to let us know the repair was ready to begin.
