Kerners Auto Service resolved the "check engine" indicator issue by changing the faulty part. They did not charge any labor in doing so. Thank You. I took my Honda CRV for repairs couple of times in few weeks since its "Check Engine" lights was "on". They changed my alternator and other stuff and handed me a sizable bill. The check engine lights came on the very next day after I picked up after repairs. The mechanic after extensive checks told it is the problem of Gas tank cap. I replaced it with a new cap with no difference in result. I am taking my car to another workshop again. Kerners used to be a really reliable place for repairs. But under the new management, not any more.
Mr. Nair
Thank you for giving Kerner's the opportunity to resolve the issue with your vehicle and the check engine light. We understand that time constraints don't always allow for repairing everything on your vehicle at once. Per our discussion, we reevaluated the Check Engine light and replaced the part necessary with no cost for labor to you. We hope you feel that Kerner's continues to be the best choice to bring your vehicle for service and furthermore, we hope you understand that the same management and staff are here for you whenever you need us as we have been for years. All the best.
