Started having issues with check engine light keep reoccurring, found major issue with engine, Ford 2.0 ltr bad engine, but I did buy a extended warranty, Kyle worked with them (warranty company) so they would replace engine. He had lots of contact with them, and me daily. So completely replaced with Ford specific replacement engine. Issues with warranty company which Kyle had taken care of. Got it back and runs fine. I can’t say enough about Kyle and all the calls and work he had to do make it happen. Definitely, he kept my best interest in front. I felt very comfortable with the whole process, considering. Would recommend Kerns to anyone who wants fixes done correctly and they look out for your interest.

My daughter was on her way to college, got a flat tire. Kernels helped her out and I am so thankful for them! They patched her tire up and got her back in the road in minutes! This place is amazing!! Thank you for taking good care of my daughter!

My 2014 Chrysler needed several different repairs/service. As always, everyone at Kerners was friendly, professional, and courteous. They kept me informed along the way and sent me a text, including photos and explanations, of the issues, and then advised what was necessary right away, and what could wait. I highly recommend Kerners!

Im 73 years old and feel that they took advantage of me.My friend who gets less than $900 amonth from ssi had a vehicle that was overheating and took it to Kerners. They informed her that it needed a new radiator and the cost would be $1003.Of course she couldnt afford that but because she helps me get to my Dr apointments and grocerery shopping I paid for it.This was a big expenditure for me but I really had no choice. When she twice was told that the vehicle was ready for pickup only to be told there were other issues with the vehicle still leaking fluid, she was told that the water pump was now leaking and this was going to cost a further $900.We could not afford the additional charge so my friend picked up the vehicle. The car was now overheating worse than ever and cannot be driven at all.Its looking like its going to be problem after problem. We thoght $1003 was high for a radiator but being stuck between a rock and a hard place what can you do.All we want is honest repair price, how can it go from radiator to water pump, what will be next,it seems like the problems will never end.
