Great service - quick and efficient!

Our van was leaking coolant. Took it to Kerner’s after arranging an appointment over the phone a day prior. This was my first experience with them. They confirmed the radiator needed to be replaced, and inspected the entire vehicle for other concerns. I really liked the detailed breakdown of the findings. The car was repaired the next day. Pick up after hours was very easy too. Would highly recommend their services.

They replaced my battery quickly while I waited and provided excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the work was done fast, and the price was very reasonable. I broke down on the road early on a Friday afternoon on my way to work. I contacted Mike and told him what my situation was and he promptly came to my location and towed me to the shop. My left front axle shaft had broken and he promptly discussed the options I had and ordered the components I needed for the repair. He and his team immediately began working on my vehicle and got me back on the road within 2 1/2 hours. What a true blessing it was!!! Mike , Tyler, Amanda and the rest of the Kerner's Team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with my situation and what they could do to get me taken care of. They were professional and reasonable in pricing for the repairs that were performed. I strongly recommend Kerner's for an honest cost to a quality repair for any of your automotive needs.
