I was very pleased with Kerner’s. It was my first visit and I will return when the need arises. Service was quick and prices fair.

I broke down on the road early on a Friday afternoon on my way to work. I contacted Mike and told him what my situation was and he promptly came to my location and towed me to the shop. My left front axle shaft had broken and he promptly discussed the options I had and ordered the components I needed for the repair. He and his team immediately began working on my vehicle and got me back on the road within 2 1/2 hours. What a true blessing it was!!! Mike , Tyler, Amanda and the rest of the Kerner's Team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with my situation and what they could do to get me taken care of. They were professional and reasonable in pricing for the repairs that were performed. I strongly recommend Kerner's for an honest cost to a quality repair for any of your automotive needs. Visiting an out of town relative .living in kalamazoo and trying to drive with a broken/damaged shock issue.not a good idea.result of my weekend warrior shock replacement attempt. Needless 2 say i needed help quick so i could get home. Never did business with this shop before and wish they were located in my hometown.so impressed with attention to detail with my broken shock mount and broken bolts issue . Woohoo weekend warrior should had stayed home. Best part of my experience at kerner was showing patience with my description detail requests. Quality work and very fair pricing for job done. So in conclusion if want a trusted place 2 take your ride.this is the place. So how did i do with my very 1st post? Never would bother 2 write any review before but my service at kerner i needed to let folks know about this place. So THANK YOU kerner staff for all the help and good service. And when i come back in a month or 2 i will be getting more work taken care of.

Great place am 1st time customer. Car repair needed was do to my weekend warrior shock replacement project. Was visiting was.from out of town. Great service and very fair pricing for broken shock mount and welding required. If u needed trustee mechanics this is the place 12 stars !!!

We have been going to Kerner's for at least a couple of years now and have no reason to go anywhere else. We have had everything from the routine oil changes to more comprehensive repairs. What I appreciate, and expect, is that they fix it right the first time and on time. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and greet you promptly.

Kyle is very informative and honest when I talk to him either in the shop or on the phone regarding repairs. Justin and Nathen did the repairs on my car and they did such a great job! They were very efficient and had the job done way quicker than I anticipated. I needed a place I could trust when I moved down to Shelby Township and they were more than accommodating. Could not recommend more for any car needs!

My first time working with Kerner's. Big Thanks to Kyle and the team there for making my car (and me) happy again! I asked them to perform an alignment on my Mazda this week after I replaced the suspension components myself a couple months ago. In doing so I had screwed up the alignment enough that I thought it would spin out without warning! They were a bit reluctant obviously because I had done the work (and I was reluctant to ask them) but they were able to find and correct the error to make my car drive straight and true again. Once they were able to get around to my car, they did an inspection and found a washer that I'd installed in the wrong place! :-D They were then able to realign the wheels relatively quickly and easily. And the cost was slightly less than other places I'd surveyed. (I was worried they might lose money on this job.) I no longer fear my car will spin out from misalignment. And now I can get new tires without worrying about chewing them up! They gave me the before-and-after numbers, so if the tire place tries to say I need an alignment, I can just wave that at them. :-D Really hope I get to work with Kerner's in the future. Shops and technicians like these need our support, patronage, and trust.
