June 2022 - planning a long trip with son from Michigan to Phoenix Arizona. I knew exactly what I needed to do was take our vehicle in to KERNER's to make sure I am not sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Vehicle is a 2008 with 50K miles. After Mike and his crew with Tyler and the top notch mechanics - the vehicle is ready and prepared. I have the upmost respect and trust with KERNER's Automotive Repairs. This was my first visit to Kerner’s and I was very happy with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and I appreciated digital inspection report that was sent to me. Will definitely return in the future.

Tyler was awesome he worked on my vehicle after I had a really bad experience with another auto shop and he got my car taken of and back running excellent in a few days and the thing I liked most was he made a follow up call with me to see how things were going so if anyone needs a car repair definitely give them a call.

Kerner’s did a good job replacing the oil filter adapter on my 2014 Dodge Journey. They provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being repaired. I recommend them for your vehicle repairs.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Brought my 2011 Chevy Silverado in due to radio draining the battery. I was provided a loaner car in the meantime which was very helpful.

It was my first time there and the staff was super friendly and the appearance of the shop was clean and well kept! Owner Mike was very detailed and attentive to my questions/concerns and very professional! We need more shops like Kenner’s to be as interactive, friendly & communicative as that goes a long way!
