Started having issues with check engine light keep reoccurring, found major issue with engine, Ford 2.0 ltr bad engine, but I did buy a extended warranty, Kyle worked with them (warranty company) so they would replace engine. He had lots of contact with them, and me daily. So completely replaced with Ford specific replacement engine. Issues with warranty company which Kyle had taken care of. Got it back and runs fine. I can’t say enough about Kyle and all the calls and work he had to do make it happen. Definitely, he kept my best interest in front. I felt very comfortable with the whole process, considering.
