My daughter’s car started having issues on a Saturday night. Sunday I looked up the number to Kerners so I could call them Monday morning. I noticed they have an online appointment system, I completed the information and the first available appointment was on Friday, I really couldn’t wait that long so I called on Monday morning. Tyler was able to fit us in for an inspection that day and told me they wouldn’t be able to get the repairs completed until Tuesday or Wednesday (way better than Friday). I asked them to take it on a test drive so they could hear and experience the issues the car was having, they agreed. They also ran an 30 point inspection and texted the report to my phone. A few minutes later Tyler called me to go over the report. We discussed each point and decided which repairs to do now, which could wait. They completed the repairs in a timely manner at a price I thought was very fair. Tyler kept us informed every step of the way. My daughter picked up her car on Wednesday and an hour later left on a cross country road trip with no mechanical issues.

Kyle took care of me and my car And did a fantastic job. He was very kind, very thorough and kept me informed I highly recommend Kerners to everyone.

1st time visit to Kerner's on 11/22/23 for front brakes, oil change and suspension work. Service advisor Tyler and staff did a great job. Car was cleaned and drove great. While the work order had a brake fluid flush listed, I discovered to my disappointment that the mechanic did not flush. Called Tyler on Monday, had him pick up the car and returned the same day. Took care of the brake fluid flush as well as cleaned fluid reservoir and bled antilock brakes. I am very pleased that all is well and that Tyler took care of me. Car drives phenomenal with new suspension. Quickly and expertly resolving a customer concern is a valued trait. I'll be back.

Nobody wants to deal with car repairs but when you need your car repaired Kerner's is the place to go!
