Our family has been using Kerner’s for at least 30 years and could not be happier with the work and the service we’ve received. This time I thought I was having trouble with our minivan’s transmission. They tested it completely and though they couldn’t replicate what I was describing, they found that one of the rear brakes were locked up and both were worn past the point of safety. They offered me a couple options that took my ability to pay into consideration. I am grateful they noticed this problem and helped me avoid a possible accident or breakdown. I will continue to go there for as long as I have a car!

I’m always confident that the job will be well done. I have recommended Kerners to several friends and I’m yet to get disappointed. Cars are hard to fix sometimes and thing can breakdown during the process, and they deal with that very well. Thanks for an excellent customer experience.

We recently found Kerner’s on a whim walking our dog and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. The staff is excellent, they really take their time to explain everything, listen to and address your concerns, and in my opinion go above and beyond for even the simplest service (I’ve never seen another shop actually vacuum and sanitize my driver area for just an oil change, THANK YOU). I believe I worked with Mateo (younger gentlemen with long hair and lotta tattoos) and he was phenomenal— he empathized with financial concerns regarding repair work, offered suggestions based on his own experience, and overall was a very genuine, caring person. Look forward to coming back!

Did oil change + tire rotation here, all persons I met here were polite and knowledfeable. Cost was acceptable with the fact they use full synthetic (with same price I can only get synthetic blend at dealer) . So far so good, I think I will come back for the other services in future.
