Great service, got me back on the road in less than 1 hour

Very nice people to talk with. They’ve seen my car a few times and they’ve always been kind. I had to have my air recharged and the price was reasonable and my air works great!!!

Minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile & ready to assist me. From desk clerk to Auto technicians . It was a relief to find great customer care & most of all HONEST with their findings on my auto problems . I am so impressed with Kerner's Auto Service. I'm from the Westside of Michigan. I was in town visiting when my car started running poorly. I stopped in at Kerner's because they were the closest shop near me when my car started acting up. When I explained the problem and that I had a 3 hour drive to get home, the young lady at the desk went and talked to one of the mechanics. That mechanic, Mike, went out to the parking lot, checked my car, explained what was wrong with it and the fixed it there in the parking lot. I was back on the road within 30 some minutes. Wonderful people, clean business, great service, I am so thankful I found them. Definitely the place to go to get car repairs.
