I’ve used Kerner’s twice and have had great service. The website scheduling and communication from staff is excellent. Prices are fair and the work is solid. I plan to continue using Kerner’s for our vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

I cannot say enough about the service I received at Kerner’s. Kyle was so patient and thorough with my car. He kept my car, continually testing it to fix the root problem I was having. He communicated with me often. The amount of time he spent on my car and the price I paid when all was said and done was remarkable. I really feel like I have found a mechanic who is fair and honest and will hopefully allow me to drive my car for many more years.

A neighbor recommended Kerner’s Auto. Phone staff was knowledgeable and professional when setting up appointment. Upon arriving, the shop was clean, organized, and seemed to operate in a professional manner. The service I had performed was relatively minor, but the mechanic was skilled and thorough. He inspected the overall condition of critical components and provided me with a realistic maintenance schedule. If you want a dealership experience at a more reasonable cost, I highly recommend Kerner’s Auto!

I had 2 tires on my car leaking air. I searched tire repair near me on Google and Kerner’s Auto Service popped up. Went online, setup an appointment for the following day. My service tech, Nathan, inspected and plugged both tires and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! That’s how it’s done! Thank you!!

The team at Kerners was fantastic. They were polite, understanding and went the extra mile. They saved my butt when i was in a bit of a struggle with my vehicle. The staff at the front desk as well as the tech working on my vehicle kept me well informed throughout the process. It was in for a fairly expensive repair. They went the extra mile to ensure the best possible results. I did have a concern regarding the alignment after the repair but after dicussing it with them and them looking it over they owned up to the issue and corrected quickly and accuratly. I have worked many years in this industry and i will say Kerners has had some of if not the best customer service ive come acrossed. Thank you.

Kerner’s does a great job in making repairs to my car. Tyler is great. He keeps me informed on the status of my repairs.
