Shelby Township Auto Repair

The team at Kerners was fantastic. They were polite, understanding and went the extra mile. They saved my butt when i was in a bit of a struggle with my vehicle. The staff at the front desk as well as the tech working on my vehicle kept me well informed throughout the process. It was in for a fairly expensive repair. They went the extra mile to ensure the best possible results. I did have a concern regarding the alignment after the repair but after dicussing it with them and them looking it over they owned up to the issue and corrected quickly and accuratly. I have worked many years in this industry and i will say Kerners has had some of if not the best customer service ive come acrossed. Thank you.

Excellent service and price (brakes)

Kerner’s does a great job in making repairs to my car. Tyler is great. He keeps me informed on the status of my repairs.

Went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and repaired in the time they quoted. Great job again. Highly recommend Kerner's for any repair you my need.

I've taken multiple cars here and it's always a pleasant experience. All the people here are great but Kyle has been the main person I've dealt with and he is awesome. Only place I'll be taking any cars in the future.
