First time going to Kerner’s for auto service as I usually work on my own vehicles when time allows. I couldn’t be happier with the service the staff provided me during my initial visit and the communication over the time they had my vehicle. Kyle at the front desk is very friendly and you can tell they look out for the best interest of the customer. I will be using them from now on when the need arises. Fast, friendly service with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend to give them a try.

Kerners is the only place that I take my car to. They always go out of their way to do right by their customers. I had to take in my car recently because I couldn’t get it in any gears as it’s a stick shift. They had my car, maybe five days and they didn’t have any trouble with it. They did a thorough check of everything and my car checked out in great condition. I was glad that they took the time to do such a thorough job. Due to an injury to my foot I could not get my car home , and they offered to bring it home for me. That was really nice of them specially since I live a long ways. Every single person I’ve dealt with has always had an upbeat attitude and a smile. They all seem to enjoy working there. The place is very clean And that’s nice to see in an auto shop. The people that drove my car home were just as nice as they could be and very accommodating to how I wanted my car parked in my driveway. I know that sounds kind of crazy, but it’s hard for me to get in my car if it’s not parked a certain way. I can’t see me taking my car any other place. They never charge me for that last visit since they didn’t find anything wrong but I did appreciate the time they put into it and felt they should have gotten something for that. It’s just a great company and you don’t find that much today .

My Jeep got water pump issue and let engine at high temperature. I drove it slowly to Kerner’s Auto Service last Tuesday. Kyle is main contacts from Kerner and worked with me, very frankly and smoothly communicating, and nice service. He explained to me how to claim with my car insurance company and what’s price I need to pay before the repair. I highly recommended the shop. They are very knowledgeable and qualified team.

I used Kerner's for an oil change. The staff was great and friendly. Service was smooth and thorough. They took pictures of all the inspection checks. This was a great experience at a auto service business.
