Kerners is always fantastic. They give a great thorough analysis of what's going on with your vehicle and detailed report, and help you prioritize what needs attention. They are friendly, professional, timely and honest. I recently had my newer Jeep in for an engine issue. Kyle in the office was wonderful to work with and he went above and beyond. He called to find out whether it was covered under warranty, which it was, and even called around to find the quickest & closest dealership to have it the work done and had it dropped there. My family will continue to use Kerners time & again for years to come and I cannot recommend them more highly!

Kerners auto service is absolutely amazing!! My timing chain went out on my car and my warranty would only take it to the nearest shop and it happened to be them. And I'm glad it was! I can see why they have such a high rating. I dealt with Tyler in particular throughout my entire issue. He was extremely helpful between dealing with my warranty and communicating with me everyday throughout the entire process. Even when other workers answered the phone they were super nice and extremely helpful. They seem to be very knowledgeable with their work and do their best to make sure you get the service you need and deserve. If I ever have any issues in the future, I will definitely be going here. 10/10 service guys!! thank you do much for all your kindness, honesty and hard work!!
