Was not disappointed. Made appointment and received excellent service. Vehicle was inspected and I was notified quickly that I required a new water pump and battery. I also had them do an oil change and car was finished in 3 hours. I am all set for the winter and will certainly be back at Kerner's again in the future. Thanks Jack & Jason for a job well done.

Kerner’s did extensive work to my 2002 Yukon XL a couple of months ago and I was very pleased that they continued their great work and personal care for my satisfaction. They took diagnostic pictures of each of the areas of concern and explained exactly what they were going to do to fix the various problems. There was no price gouging or trying to charge me for work that didn’t need to be done. They have continued this legacy for well over 40 years. I took my vehicle back in there after two months and told them that I was concerned about one of the items they had worked on. They looked it over and spent somewhere in the area of over $500 worth of labor and replaced the parts under warranty and charged me zero to return the car to me in working condition. That’s why I keep going back.

I’ve been leasing vehicles for the past 15 years. I bought my current vehicle and my 50,000 mile warranty was expired, so I needed to find a good shop for service since. My friend recommended Kerner’s because they are honest and do great work. He was correct. They found out that the dealer had lied to me about my warranty. My vehicle actually had a 60,000 mile warranty and the parts and labor would be covered by the dealer. They also did a vehicle inspection and let me know what work I’ll need in the next few months. They could have just done the work and charged me for the repair, but instead they chose to be honest and do the right thing. That means I will be taking my vehicle there for any repairs in the future.
