Tyler kept me updated every step of the way when fixing my truck. I was able to get my new tires from Kerners which made it very convenient. I've been using Kerners for over 15 years and I've always had great service. I got a detailed report of all the work needed on my truck with photos to ensure I needed the work done. I've recommended Kerners to friends and they've been happy with the service there too.

I worked in an auto dealership my whole life so I know cars. Needed a local repair place after retirement. Took my new to me car there for rotation and alignment. I was impressed from the first phone call to picking up my vehicle. Professionalism, honesty and workmanship are the words I would use to describe the business. Been driving by this place for years, but now live down the street, so decided to give them a shot for brakes based on reviews, and the fact it always looks packed, figured that was a good sign. I called early A.M., they got me in same day, said repairs may take overnight but were done same day. They shuttled me to my house and picked me up after, much appreciated. All three of the guys I dealt with were very sweet, other repairs were recommended, but they were not pushy about it at all! I like how they send you pictures of needed repairs so you can see for yourself. Prices were fair I thought. Def. was NOT the typical woman's car repair experience, and I appreciated that A LOT, will for sure use them again!
