While on a business trip, I woke up at my hotel to find a nail in my tire—with an important meeting scheduled for 8:30 AM. I was in a bind. Kerner’s came through in a big way: they squeezed me in at 7:15 AM, and Nate had the tire patched and ready to go in just 10 minutes. Incredible service when I needed it most!

Staff was friendly and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my vehicle, and when it turned out to be just a loose bolt they were honest and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. They provided a detailed report complete with pictures to my email so that I could review their inspection. Will return with any future needs.

Kerners Auto has been taking care of my vehicles for a few years. They are honest, fair and get the job done. It's rare to have a mechanic LOWER their original quote, but it's happened a few times. I highly recommend Kerners and will be taking my new vehicle there shortly for an inspection.
