Excellent customer service and what i liked alot is that my F150 had a problem with the cat system, they looked over suspension and let me know that my ball joints and steering shaft will need to be replaced. Professionalism, Quality, Value Professionalism, Professionalism , Quality, Quality Value Value Sent a chat message on Wednesday, dropped off car on Thursday morning, had my car back with the serpentine belt fixed by Thursday afternoon. I drive a Cruze and the cost was $150. It couldn't have gone any smoother. They even did an overall inspection so I know what to look for if something else needs fixing. I'm definitely going back to this shop next time if I'm still living in Shelby.
