Kerner's Auto Service in Utica Michigan is where I had major engine repair & numerous other needed repairs done all at once. Every employee/ tech went above & beyond making sure I felt like a customer & didn't try to upsell me not one time. Kyle made sure I thoroughly understood what services were needed and what services could wait while he addressed all my concerns & answered every question I had big or small. Tyler called to update also. Amanda helped me with other matters like squaring away my bill & paperwork. Such Amazing vibes from front office to all the technicians! I felt at ease knowing my vehicle was in good caring hands with experienced techs that knew exactly what they were doing and focused on my vehicle to get it done right & in a timely manner. I received a detailed report at the beginning, during and after. My experience as a woman, as it's a bit difficult to get fair service of this magnitude done honestly & respectfully and I'm very impressed with the positive experience from start to finish from everyone at Kerner's. I appreciate this shop for alleviating some of the stress of all the repairs I had to get done.
