I am updating my review from 5 to 4 stars. After reviewing my bill a few days after my service, I found that they had charged me twice for a car battery. When I asked them about it, they apologized, said it was a mistake, and refunded me without question. However, if I hadn't double checked my bill, I would be out $100. I do believe it was an honest mistake on their part. However, they should have better checks in place to make sure this doesn't happen.
