Price was fair with no hidden extras. They finished before the time they promised! Work that was completed was great. I highly recommend Kerner’s Auto. I will be back!

I am updating my review from 5 to 4 stars. After reviewing my bill a few days after my service, I found that they had charged me twice for a car battery. When I asked them about it, they apologized, said it was a mistake, and refunded me without question. However, if I hadn't double checked my bill, I would be out $100. I do believe it was an honest mistake on their part. However, they should have better checks in place to make sure this doesn't happen.

Absolutely love this shop! Great service from people you can trust! I would never go anywhere else for my auto repair needs.

Excellent customer service and what i liked alot is that my F150 had a problem with the cat system, they looked over suspension and let me know that my ball joints and steering shaft will need to be replaced. I wouldn't have known, now i can get those fixed. I recommend highly. Thank you Kerner's, Sincerely Larry Santacrose

Professionalism, Quality, Value Professionalism, Professionalism , Quality, Quality Value Value Sent a chat message on Wednesday, dropped off car on Thursday morning, had my car back with the serpentine belt fixed by Thursday afternoon. I drive a Cruze and the cost was $150. It couldn't have gone any smoother. They even did an overall inspection so I know what to look for if something else needs fixing. I'm definitely going back to this shop next time if I'm still living in Shelby.
