I walked into Kerners and was greeted by a friendly technician. I booked my appointment online, which was fast and easy. They gave me an appointment reminder via text and phone. The price for my repair was very good and the service was prompt and done well. I highly recommend Kerners over the dealership, especially when it comes to pricing and customer service. I will return in the future.

We just had air filter replaced, as well as coolant and power steering fluid. We had questions about some repairs we are considering having done in the near future, and Tyler, our service advisor, answered them clearly and thoroughly. Everyone we have ever talked to or dealt with at Kerner's is polite, kind and professional. And they do excellent work. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Kerner's Auto Service has been a great experience. I initially brought my car in for what I thought was just a coolant leak. It was discovered that there was much more going on with the car. They sent me pictures and explained the problems with the car to me in a way that I could understand. I was advised that they could fix just the issue that I went in for, but after review, it only made sense to get everything fixed at once. Car ran great for a couple weeks, then a new leak was identified. They quickly identified that another part of the coolant system was bad, and we were able to negotiate a fair price for correction. Their service is a great value, they are fast, kind and accountable. Great Job Kerner's Auto!
