I originally brought my vehicle, a 2005 Dodge Dakota in for a problem with a stiff steering problem. Whether it was from a miss communication or omission the wrong part was replaced. (A part that would have needed replacement in the near future anyway) When I picked up the vehicle it still had the same problem. When I brought the vehicle back and explained the situation, they went out of their way to obtain the part from the dealership and installed it at a cost of just the part and no labor charge. This shows me a dedication to service and I will continue to bring my vehicles back in the future. Kudos to Mike for his professional attitude and dedication. I was a mechanic for over thirty years and can no longer do my own work so I know the problems that come up in an environment like this. I am very pleased.
