Another 5-star service performance! I brought my Lincoln MKC Reserve to Kerner's with an issue that the Lincoln dealer couldn't diagnose. My car would go into "limp mode" whether I was driving 70mph or rush hour on M59. The issue was scary, especially when it happened on the freeway. I shared background with Kyle, the service coordinator, and left it to them to diagnose and they did! The technician found a damaged intake manifold that was causing havoc. With a new manifold and several on-road test-drives before returning the vehicle to me, I feel confident that I'm driving a safe and reliable vehicle once again.
