Another 5-star service performance! I brought my Lincoln MKC Reserve to Kerner's with an issue that the Lincoln dealer couldn't diagnose. My car would go into "limp mode" whether I was driving 70mph or rush hour on M59. The issue was scary, especially when it happened on the freeway. I shared background with Kyle, the service coordinator, and left it to them to diagnose and they did! The technician found a damaged intake manifold that was causing havoc. With a new manifold and several on-road test-drives before returning the vehicle to me, I feel confident that I'm driving a safe and reliable vehicle once again. The professionalism and community feel at Kerner's is outstanding. They know what to do and are very courteous and respectful when interacting with the customer. Tyler & Kyle from the front desk was extremely informative throughout all steps of the process. I had to bring in our large van for an oil change and “belt minder” message. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Kerner’s! I took my car in for new brakes and they had it back to me within 48 hours! And just before a holiday weekend! The staff is so professional and kind, they take the time to talk to you and answer your questions. HIGHLY recommend.
