First time using Kerners. Very satisfied with the level of service and quality of work. Had a complete trans rebuild and suspension work. Truck drives better than ever. Tyler communicated with me every step of the way and work was completed in a timely manner. May not be the cheapest option but very satisfied with the value. I would definitely use them again

Everyone with whom I interacted at Kerner’s was kind and polite. When addressing issues with my vehicle, the technician helped me decide if some of the issues could be resolved easily on my own. I did not feel overly pressured to fix things that weren’t necessary just so I would spend more money (which I have felt visiting some other shops). I will definitely be using this company again.
