Took my vehicle in for a check engine light issue with my Ford Explorer. Kerner's diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs. Check engine light came back on after driving approximately 150 miles. Contacted them and let them know the light was back on. Kyle immediately had me set up another appointment to review the check engine light. After determining that the light would not go away, even when the repairs had been completed and no drivability issues, Kyle offered me a loaner for further diagnostic checks. After extensive review, Kerner's determined that there was a software issue with the vehicle and completed the fix to remove the light. Kerner's went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and complete the fix. I was very happy with the outcome. The prices were competitive and the constant communication regarding the status of the vehicle was appreciated.
