Promt & Excellent..diagnosed the problem..informed me by phone the nature of problem and gave me an estimate of cost (parts & labor)....asked for verbal consent for cost and to proceed....replaced control arm bushings, right tie rod end..returned vehicle the same day.....final cost under estimate...Thanks again
